Best replacement for isotretinoin tablet
I am using tinytret 20 mg tablets for my acne but due to lockdown their no availability of tinytret 20 or similar products like isopil 30, glotret 20 or anything that have isotretinoin, so I need best possible tablets that with doesn't include isotretinoin formula.

Treatment depends on the grade...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
