Taking vitamin D with the largest meal of the day increases vitamin D blood levels by about 50% after just 2–3 months and consuming vitamin D alongside a fat-heavy meal increases vitamin D blood levels by 32% after 12 hours compared to a fat-free meal. Therefore I would suggest taking it with the largest meal of the day or else you can take it with a glass of milk in the morning along with breakfast.
Next Steps
The pill should be taken with meal and preferably in mornings.
Health Tips
Taking calcium supplements with Vitamin D is a more common practice.
