Tooth paste of any brand is good but used in pea (small) amount should be used for brushing and correct brushing not more than 2 min max visit dentist for good advice.

Hello,
Toothpaste is just a medium to clean the plaque from the tetth.
If the child has cavity in his/her teeth those cannot be reversed with the use of toothpaste.
If there is pain associated with any of the tooth, it needs to be evaluated properly then decision needs to be taken about RCT is required or any other procedure is required.
