Best treatment for alopecia areata

Asked for Female, 27 Years

It's been 3 months since I've been diagnosed with alopecia areata. And the spots are just increasing in number even during medication. I've been recommended minoxidil and a zydip lotion. Ans I see only a slight difference that too in one spot only
