Betadine dilution
After gargling with betadine gargle mouth wash can I swallow my saliva? It will cause any problem. Because I'm getting excess saliva need to spit out so what should i do?

Rinse yr mouth thoroughly many times and only then you can swallow.

Always dilute betadine with equal amount of water for gargling.. swallowing of saliva is ok ..let that betadine be there in your throat for sometime.. don't eat or drink anything for half an hour atleast..
