Betnovate n side effect

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I have used betnovate n for 1 month for pimples on my face before I had used in form of fairness cream but not frequently now I have a small pimples below my cheeks where the veins are very visible due to this reason I have lost my confidence even I can't sit with my cousins with that reason it's very small in size and having 7,8 at same place now what is the treatment I am using aloevera gel at night for it but it still not citing kindly help me out of this problem thanks
