We were trying for baby and now doctor told us yo get bhcg test done on 19th jan. We did it and hcg level is 146 ,dr again told us to repeat the test after two days...

You have conceived but whether it’s a normal pregnancy or not we will get to know only after the second test .

Beta HCG > 100 is suggestive of pregnancy.
If it is doubling with successive reports, it's a normal pregnancy.
If it rises but doesn't double, or if it declines it's an abnormal pregnancy and needs further evaluation by gynaecologist.
