Considering your height and weight i will classify you as a heavy frame person.... now i am assuming that you do heavy weight arm workout..... The problem with your arms (biceps, triceps & brachioradialis) and biceps (isolated) could be bcos they are been strained more than what they can actually take.
Now there are 2 scenarios which could be happening
1)you are using more weight
2)your repititions are more.
Now what you must do is .......
Dont do any weights till your arm is completely pain free.
Please dont take any pain killers or muscle relaxants allow your arm to recover naturally.
After this hit your gym n start your workout with comfortable weights n repititions
Continue this for atleast a week(lancet journal of sports medicine recommends 10 days )
If you are symptomless after this ...then start adding weightz n later repititions
If you need a detailed plan do let me know.
Regards
Take care.
