Big and small Bumps on both elbows
Please refer to the pictures attached.
I am noticing these bumps on my elbows from a week and initially they were little itching.
I put my elbows on chair and in for 8 to 10 hours in a day while studying.
Same bumps occurred last year.
Why is it happening. Is it sign of phrynoderma?
