Big  unhealingULCERs on lower and upper
Tobacco CHEWING SINCE 7 years,osmf unhealing ulcers on lower lips with a depression in the middle.,since three months. White patches and bands inside the cheeks, Shrinking oral buccosa. Extreme burning sensation inside the mouth Though non chilly curry. Excess mouth watering. Lips became tight and ulcerative in total. Tonge both sides ulcerative and  movement Slow. Doubtful whether sqamous carcinoma symptoms. Lycopene and kenakart ointments are in use. Please help me medication

Looks like erythroplakia which is premalignant condition with high chances of turning malignant. It needs laser excision biopsy . Kindly consult online for further management

It is severe oral submucous fibrosis with triamus. But i cannot appreciate any ulcer as you have mentioned. If at all ulcer is present it will require biopsy for diagnosis.
