I have a big Stye on my lower external eyelid. I am applying ointment and eye drops but it's not reducing and today is the fourth day. What should I do. Pictures attached.

Have you seen the local ophthalmologist?
Give hot compress to the lesion thrice daily for 15 to 20 minutes. It usually discharges pus and settles down in a 2 to 3 days. If not subsiding see a local ophthalmologist who will remove the infected lash and that will help the drainage.
Severe cases require oral antibiotics which your nearest eye specialist can advice after examining you
