Dear Doctor
About 4 yrs i had first instance of the pain with swelling . reddish. Doctors guessed it may be a gout. Xray didn't reveal any. Uric acid tests gave border line. By 15 days swelling went down but lost the flexibility in that last joint of big toe right leg. Occasional pain now and then but last week went up when I wore tight shoes. Did uric acid its at 6.8 . then doc gave zerodol. Now swelling went down. Now I am here at practo to find a permanent solution to gain flexibility and address the issue holistically. Kindly help on how to address this.
