I can understand your concern.
Let me tell you one thing first.
This is not a place where we provide quotations of any sort.
No packages etc for anything. .
For those things you need to go to any good hospital near you.
Consult a orthopedic surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
Also, he also doesn't make packages, the hospital management ( who are management individuals) make packages.
Doctors have no role in that.
