Bilateral renal calculas
Large staghorn calculi in both sides involving renal pelvis & all the calyces. 4.5*4.2 cm with 510HU on right side and 5.0x4.8cm with 494 HU on left side and also has CKD with creatinine 2.8. Which kind of surgery is more preferable to remove the stones
