Bilinear turboplasty
Around two months back i underwent Bilateral turbinoplasty . But recently I feel that my throat is dry most of the time even though I drink lot of water and it feels like I am not inhaling proper amount of air and it feels like the proper amount of air is not reaching the lungs . Breathing in has become strained ( heavy ) . What might be the issue and how to solve this .

U have not mentioned whether u underwent surgery for spetum as well. Persistance of symptoms even after turbinoplasty may due to undercorrected Deviated nasal septum/ nasal congestion due to allergy. Dry mouth in ur case is because u r breathing through mouth most of the tine due to nasal obstruction. U feel that sufficient amount of air not reaching ur lungs - this may be due to nasal obstruction or bronchial asthma should be ruled out.
Next Steps
Use Otrivin nasal drops &. do steam inhalation
