Crowns and bridges :    It involves the adjacent teeth to act as pillar to replacement by reducing the size of normal teeth. Eg. Construction of Flyovers needs pillars to hold it, likewise we need the support of adjacent teeth Implants : It's an fantastic option it needs support from bone. The screw is placed on bone and allowed it to heal for sometime before we start the crown process. Pre-requisites : there are some prerequisites.  For crowns -  adjacent teeth bone support, extant of  Dental caries  should be accessed. For implants -  you need little medical evaluation with bone quality accessment with your age. Prognosis and treatment plan by decided by your dentist and by yourself after your Consultation . I don't think discussion on COST is possible in this forum since it involves various factors.

Hi.. implant is always better than bridge. But it is case dependent. So your dentist is the best person to advise based on your clinical examination of tooth region. Cost varies from case to case. Ask you dentist. Regards

Hi implant is the latest advancement of treatment in which the missing region is replaced directly by screw form & followed by tooth without taking support of adjacent teeth which is expensive. The other treatment option is by taking support of adjacent teeth (bridge), this is comparatively less in cost.

Both the treatment modalities have their pros and cons..... definitely implant is the latest technique for tooth replacement and has many advantages, but without assessing your case clinically and supported by a few X rays, it will be difficult to see which modality out of these two is most suitable for your case..... if both are equally suitable then probably implant will be slightly costly but just like any other treatment the cost will vary based on the location, experience of the dentist, materials used etc..... Regards.....

Hello. You can either get a bridge or a implant done. We have to assess the case, your medical condition, age, adjacent teeth and bone health and then decide which is best for you.
