Asked for Male, 36 Years

I have been diagnosed bipolar some say it could be cluster b personality disorder. I am just taking deepakote 1000 mg along with paroxetin hydrochloride and clonazepam. Should I take amisulphride along with that. How do you recommend on lithium. If I take zolperadium tartare I sleep lot. I am not able to pursue my job.
