Bitter mouth
I had pantocid HP kit tabs as per prescribed and after one hour of food sucrot suspension .5ml by 11:30 pm. By 5:00 am I am having bitterness in mouth.

The HP kit tablet has a medication called tinidazole which does lead to bitterness in the mouth. It's nothing to worry about.
Once your medication course is over it will settle down.
In the mean time sucking on lozenges, lime might help a little.
