Since last 7 months I have this black line only on my right hand index finger.. no other nails have this. please tell me what is this. also I have Ulcerative colitis since 2020 so this line regarding UC or some deficiency or something else?

It is melanonychia which can be traumatic , or age related. Specific treatment can be started depending upon history.
