  4. Black painful finger. Painful. plz help.

Today i met my friend in the morning. He was completely fine by then. In the evening i saw him limping while walking. I asked him the reason.he said that his second last finger of one leg has a little swelling. So now at night he showed me the picture...it has turned into black..plz help. I am scared. It is painful.plz help.
