Hello Doctor, From the last 2 years i have this weird Black Patch type on my Left Cheek. I don't know how it has came and what it is called. I have uploaded the pic. I thought it might have caused due to Blade which I used to use while shaving. Please help me and let me know what it is & how can I get rid of it at the earliest cause it looks bad.

It's looking like DLE.. Medicine available for good improvement...... Do direct online consultation  by sending  more clear photos, otherwise meet me at my clinic, for accurate diagnosis and treatment
