Black patches in the back of the head
I have been feeling an itch in the back of my head (along the level of the right ear) for the last several weeks. I thought this may be due to the summer heat, but recently when I got a short hair cut my barber pointed out two black patches and that is when it occurred to me that the itch may be due to that.

I am quite terrified by this as I have rarely had any such skin problems in the past. Please advise.
