My cousin in having a dark black patch on the foot & is increasing slowly. his body weight is reducing day by day. his random blood sugar is 400mg/dl tested with blood sugar strips.

His weight loss could be due to the uncontrolled blood sugar levels. The patch needs to be evaluated to find out whether its due to diabetes or something else.
