Hi, it’s good you saw the decay at the initial stage. It must be an occlusal pit a small black dot of kind of decay. Go the nearby dentist he will simply remove the decay and fill a restorative material. Don’t let go or it will worsen. Brush twice daily with a fluoridated toothpaste and gargle after every meals. Avoid sweets before bedtime or brush after that.
