Black staining occurs so sudden
I dont do smoke or any addiction no alcohol no bad things still i got black staining..i m using sensodyne..did 2 times scaling...but still it comes back after 3 months..i dont know what to do..please help...it is increasing nowadays alot after i did brushing regularly...i had in ayurvedic syrup for 1 month last year is that reason bcz of that i got these stains??...idk how it came??

Hello Please follow right brushing technique while brushing, and also please visit the dentist for the scaling There are many reasons for training like tea or coffee orimproper brushing

Carbonates drinks, soft drinks, chocolates and medication all can be possible reasons. Also if you are on some medication right now pls get it changed from your physician. Possibly u will get relief

Upon review these were the findings - Patient aged 23yrs male complains of black discoloured teeth in every three months for the past year Got scaling done twice Use of carbonated drinks? History of regurgitation, bulimia, gerd? Elaborately these are to be done for - Past and family history of similar occurrence? Xray whole mouth,oral prohylaxis, scaling and root planing?curettage? If problem persists -composite shade veneering or veneer restorations Provisional diagnosis - Enamel wear and more dentin exposure? Cosmetic approach Differential diagnosis - Pulp or dentin pathology Diagnostic tests - Xray whole mouth Review of medical history Record of family history Staining for oral hygiene status Treatment advise for - Oral prohylaxis Crown veneers Prognosis - Fair

Hii ...black stains most commonly occur because of tea and coffee specially black tea and black coffee...even dark chocolates... Secondly certain chromatogenic bacterias in our mouth can also cause such stains... Third...certain ayurvedic formulations and other medications specially iron supplements can also cause these... Pls check for either of these in your diet Plus scaling is not a one time process...it should be carried out regularly biannually Hope it helps
