TABLET MEFTAL PLUS TWO TIMES A DAY OR AS REQUIRED FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS. O.K BYE.
