I am having one side head ache hence taking Naxdom 500 and I observed black stool today. Can it be due to medicine effect ? I have hyper acidity and keep burping all day too

Pls start ant acids for your acidity. Get a stool routine and occult blood checked if black stools continues.

Simple dark coloured stools are normal. But jet black tarry stools would mean ulcer bleed. Some stool test can help further.
