Black stool passing since 3days .
My relative 50yrs age is passing Black stool since 3days . Her HB is 11.2 and no constipation and no other complain. Slight fever . What medicine shoukd be given as treatment

Black stool means there might be blood mixing in the stool. Do a test called “Stool for OBT” and contact a doctor preferably a gastro, afterwards.

Stools appear black bcoz of bleeding in the upper gastrointestinal tract.
