My eight years daughter have a black til on her tounge... is it normal or not.. please suggest... ...

I understand from what you have put up is like a birth mark or so ma’am? If so it’s normal and nothing to worry. Incase it’s increasing in size or has irregular margins, any associated bleeding, do visit a doctor for further evaluation.
