My dad has been diagnosed with bladder cancer TURBT done Biopsy says Shows invasive carcinoma Urothelial carcinoma with extensive squamous differentiation Squamous cells carcinomas Lymphovascular emo boli and carcinoma in situ not seen Please suggest next steps

As you said the report is suggestive of a bladder cancer that is involving the muscle layers . To decide further treatment I would suggest you to do imaging including CT scan thorax and abdomen and MRI scan pelvis . Based on that of the disease is local without distant spread the treatment will be surgery , the need for chemotherapy or radiotherapy will be based on the act stage of the disease .
