Shows invasive carcinoma
Urothelial carcinoma with extensive squamous differentiation
Squamous cells carcinomas
Lymphovascular emo boli and carcinoma in situ not seen

As you said the report is suggestive of a bladder cancer that is involving the muscle layers .
To decide further treatment I would suggest you to do imaging including CT scan thorax and abdomen and MRI scan pelvis .
Based on that of the disease is local without distant spread the treatment will be surgery , the need for chemotherapy or radiotherapy will be based on the act stage of the disease .
