Turbt done in biopsy carcinoma detected but after 20 days again biopsy in the entire bladder . No malignancy .should I considered myself cancer patient or free from cancer.

Hello. TURBT procedure is not only a biopsy. It includes removal of the tumor tissue also. Repeat cystoscopy is done to rule out any residual disease. Adjuvant intravesical therapy is advised thereafter. As per your reports, the tumor was removed and repeat biopsy does not show any evidence of cancer. So technically you do not have the disease now. BUT regular 3 monthly cystoscopy and followup is recommended to be sure that the disease has not returned.
