Bladder concern
I have had over 30 surgeries in my life time and my problems include cloacal bladder extrophy , self cath and i have an bag for stool and i have stage 3 cronic kidney disease and i have had 2 UTIs in the last 2 months and i just got rid of the 2nd one. During the 2nd one my bladder became num and i couldn't feel when i had to go and it hurt to put the catheter in but now it feels weird everytime i put the catheter in and my bladder has been in pain like a burning sensation, plus mucus and blood

Hi.. I can understand  ur situation.. As per ur provided history  .It seem that u r doing self catheterization from ur normal urine passage... There r few surgeries  where v can increase  ur bladder capacity  (augmentation cystoplasty)  with bladder neck reconstruction  and a continent  mitrofannoff construction from where u can do self catheterization  easily and there won't b problematic  urine leak
Health Tips
Use 4 different self cath for a day and reuse them next day for a period of 10 days . Have urinary alkalizers  like pottasium citrate / or soda bicarb to decrease  mucus production
