Bladder : partially distended, no mass
My father not feeling well and getting vomiting twice in a day. We took a scan and report shows bladder: partially distended , no mass, no calculus. He is also facing acidity issue and not able to eat anything. Kindly tell remedy

Take Cap Pantocid DSR once a day before breakfast Take Tab EMSET 4 mg two times a day for 2 days then as when required

Does he have complaints regarding defecation or other symptoms if any. Please do MRI whole spine and CBC ,FASTING AND RANDOM BLOOD SUGAR  ,LIPID PROFILE, KIDNEY FUNCTION TESTS

Only usg w/a as a whole can't rule out differential of vomiting...what is the colour of vomiting ,  associated  with  food  or  not   frequently  , etc needed, dietary habits,  their comorbitc etc need evaluation

It could be due to Urinary tract infection. Give him plenty of water-5-6 litres daily, tablet Norfolk 400 mg twice daily after breakfast and dinner for 5 days. Tablet Pantop-D on empty stomach in the morning.
