Bleeding after circumcision

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I had circumcision 13 days ago, I still have swelling and discharge at back of the glans. Today morning I found out blood in my bedsheet. There's also yellow discharge. Let me know if this is normal. I ate medicines(antibiotics and NSAID) for 10 days and then stoppped it. Let me know if I should have medicines for couple of more days. Have added the image.

It generally takes 2-3 weeks for complete healing of the surgical wound after circumcision... Antibiotics have nothing to do with the healing.. wait n have patience for a week.
