All women do not bleed after the first sex. Some can have mild bleeding. However, if the bleeding persists, it may be because of some infection or injury. Don't ignore. Consult Doctor

Not all female bleed during 1st sex
Even if bleeding occurs it will be for a day .
If more than a day and if pain persists needs examination
