Bleeding after weak positive of upt test

Hai doctor... i have pcod.. trying to conceive since years. last november got misscarriage at 10th week of pregnancy. now, my period date is 10th of this month. i didn't get my period but on 9th of this month spotting was appeared with pain... from that day lightly i am getting pain.. yesterday and before yesterday also spotting was appeared. 2 days back i checked upt.. second line is lightly appeared. I took progesterone tablets through vagina yesterday. today morning started bleeding and that) progesterone tablets also came out through that bleeding. now also i have bleeding. is it is pregnancy failure or normal period?? this month i used letrozole. can i start letrozole again ?? please reply doctor
