Bleeding during perimenopause

Asked for Female, 46 Years

Am 46 but been in perimenopause for a while. Just had 41 days no period. Now bleeding non stop for 2 weeks. Before this one had two heavy perods 2 weeks apart. Feels like it won't stop anytime soon. Otherwise healthy and without pain. Not getting much sleep, so quite tired. Taking extra iron to stave off anaemia.
