testing fibrinogen test,its shown result 651,suggest me what do?

Any bleeding in pregnancy is abnormal. You should immediately contact your gynecologist for check up and USG. Fibrinogen normally increases in pregnancy,

Your question is not clear. Whats ur last menstrual period date.?
Bleeding during pregnancy is NOT normal.
Pregnancy is a state where the fibrinogen levels are usually high to protect the pregnant person from bleeding in excess.
Surely you must be under treatment of a Gynec. Please follow up with the doctor to know more.
