Hello dear,
Painless bleeding from rectum (anus) indicates presence of piles in the rectum . You need to visit a proctologist who will check you thoroughly from inside and find out the source of bleeding. Please visit a good doctor at the earliest as recurrent bleeding can cause anemia and weakness.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Firstly it needs to be determined if it's frank blood or blood streaked stools.
Usually painless bleeding points to piles problem.
Have a high fiber diet. Consume raddish everyday and consult a general surgeon for further management of your case.
Don't strain for stools and don't lift heavy objects. Avoid oily , spicy and processed foods.
Best regards.
Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.
