My father's testicles started bleeding without any injury. when we visited the first aid his blood pressure was 190/90 mmHG. they gave him first aid and we came home back. It seems like vein got explode and it started bleeding.
I want to confirm if high blood pressure can cause this? In addition, what should be the action plan? visiting doctor etc

HELLO,
NO HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE CAN'T.
ACTION TO PLAN
CONSULT A SURGEON.
IY IS DUE TO SUDDEN RUPTURE OF VEIN. YOU HAVE DONE A VERY GOOD JOB IE FIRST AID AS DRESSING.
IT SHOULD BE TREATED BY A GENERAL SURGEON.
O.K, BYE.
