I got my teeth cleaned two months ago and find my teeth and gums comparatively healthy . However since 2-3 days I have been experiencing bleeding gums from around one teeth. This happens when I lie down putting pressure towards that teeth . My mouth tastes like blood all the time . Please help . Is it something that I have been eating wrong . Is there a paste or medicine that can help me with this as I have been brushing two times a day .

Looking at your symptoms I feel you need some x-rays to understand the situation. If we just go by your symptoms you need a round of deep gum cleaning ( scaling and root planing).
When we do just a simple cleaning we remove the superficial deposits but for the deep deposits you need to go for more elaborate process (Which requires little anesthesia)!
Next Steps
Search for a nearby periodontist (Gum specialist) and take his opinion.
Health Tips
Apply stolin gel to stop the bleeding (not a permanent solution)
Hi, bleeding gums can be due to poor oral hygiene or due to vitamin c deficiency.
Next Steps
1. Brush twice daily with a fluoridated toothpaste
2. Warm salt water gargles 2/3 times a day
3. Vitamin c 500mg limcee tablet for a month
4. Include vitamin c rich fruits and veggies in your diet like tomatoes, potatoes, oranges, kiwi, strawberry etc
