Bleeding in 12th Week
Hello doctor, good evening. I am 12 weeks pregnant, my last periods were on 16th March. My all previous ultrasounds are perfect, I was facing no complications, but from last 3-4 days I have little spotting, brownish one. I had my ultrasound immediately after finding out about spotting , everything is fine in the scan. I cannot find the reason. Also, there is no pain or cramps in abdomen. Please help. I am attaching my last scan details also. Please see.

Your only symptom is mild spotting. No pain. The sonography scan is normal. You should not over-exert yourself. Take adequate rest. Your Gynaecologist must have prescribed some progesterone support. Please continue with that.
