As because of chlohex, you are already taking immunity boosters. It is assumed that problem is because of Vitamic C deficiency. I strongly recommend you to increase your vitamin c levels. Try to consume lemon juice ( about 3 to 4 lemons juice everday) without sugar, awala and other vit c containing fruits. Try to take bitter fruits in your daily meals.
Next Steps
Do warm water or lukewarm water saline gargles 3 to 4 times in a day. continue your limsin tablet as it's a chewable tablet. try to consume as much as vit c containing fruits.
Health Tips
Take Rexidine M forte gel and rexidine plus mouthwash. Apply gel 3 to 4 times gently over gums and massage your gums. Use mouthwash containing chlorhexidine 0.2 % or 0.12% two times in day of 10 ml each time. Use ultrsoft toothbrush for brushing your teeth

Bleeding gums inspite of proper hygiene is caused by many reasons... Like long term stress, vitamin deficiency, etc... Although a clinical evaluation is must for definite diagnosis still ur history is suggestive of vit. Deficiency... U may take these meds on n off for long term... Also vit C (limcee) is water soluble vit. It dnt get store in ur body.. Excess gets eliminated...

Stolin R toothpaste twice a day after meal. Limcee once a day for 15 days. Clohex mouthwash once in 2-3 days,  after meal, hold 2 ml of medicine directly in mouth and spit out after 3 mins. Stay that way without rinsing for 15 minutes and brush your teeth thoroughly. Warm water salt gargle.
