Bleeding next day after sex

Asked for Male, 21 Years

So i and my gf had sex for 1st time , next day she started bleeding and its bright red color blood ..it was her 1st time and now its 2 days since she is bleeding and she says its a lot of blood and she is also experiencing pain in her lower stomach..what can be the reason for it ?? We did have 4 sexual encounters on same night .what are possibilties and what next step should we take to stop bleeding and get relief from pain ..
