The cause of your prolonged bleeding appears to be anovulation. In order to stop the bleeding, you can take Tab. Norethisterone acetate 5 mg, thrice or maximum of four times a day till bleeding is reduced significantly in volume. If you're still experiencing spotting, then add Tranexamic acid tablets 500 mg upto thrice a day. Please purchase the tablets with official prescription from your registered medical practitioner, because he/she will ensure the drugs are not contraindicated for you. If you're medically fit for hormonal pills, then after visiting a gynaecologist, you must be started on fourth generation Oral combined contraceptives for three months to regularize your cycles.
