I have several blisters on the hard palate. It is difficult to talk, eat, or even swallow the saliva. I have tried gargling with salt water...does not help. What else can I do?

High,
Welcome to practo.
Painful blister on hard palate are either apthus ulcer or herpes simplex. In both the cases you don't need to worry, it is self healing and takes not more then a week.
For pain relief use LIGNOCANE Gel 10 minutes before your meals also avoid hard and hot meals too.
Hope my answer will help you.
Regards
