Bloating after alcohol
I have bloating issue after taking alcohol specially when I do it in 2days without gap..I do it 7-8 times in a month.. Sometimes it makes me indigestion need to go to toilet 3-4 times a day

You have an idea you have a gastric related issues after consuming alcohol.In such instances avoiding alcohol may help you.However for the symptomatic relief use PPI,prokinetic and probacteria for a few days
