I went to the loo and there was lots of blood in my loo. I thought it was my period but it was coming from my anus. I now feel light headed and dizzy. I have recently moved and I'm don't have a local GP yet. What should I do??

If it’s bright red blood it can be a sign of haemorrhoids which are more commonly called as piles. If you are in Delhi, you can come to our clinic. Meanwhile, you can soak affected area in warm water with betadine lotion thrice a day, apply lignocaine 2%ointment locally before and after passing stools, eat lots of fruits and vegetables and avoid constipation. Take syrup cremaffin 15ml at bedtime
