I am spitting blood from last day it happened when I get some infection and last for 2or 3days. I am not coughing ,no shortness of breath,or have no other problems please tell what is it

You seem to be suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection which is a common type of throat infection in this season. Sometimes forced coughing can rupture small blood vessels inside your airway causing bleeding.. You can use antibiotics, cough syrups and steam inhalation
