Blood in mucous
Hello everyone. I just wanted to know... sometimes I see blood in mucous. Of the nose. Is it normal? Thank you in advance.

Hi.
How often do you see blood in mucus? Occasional streaks of blood can occur because of excessive blowing of nose or in extremely dry/hot climate conditions. However, if you have been noticing blood frequently, it is best to get it evaluated by an ENT specialist. It can be a sign of an infection/tumour etc.
